The story

Origin.

AVYRA LABS exists because most enterprise software was never built for the businesses that actually move the work. This is what we saw, what we built, and where we are going.

01 · What we noticed

For most growing businesses, software already lives in messaging.

The CRM is a phone book of conversations. The accounting system is a spreadsheet and a chartered accountant who replies after 7pm. The marketing pipeline is the founder's contacts list.

It works. It also burns out everyone involved.

Then enterprise AI showed up. The pitch was beautiful. The deployment took six months. The bill arrived. Customer data left the building. The board asked questions nobody had answers to.

We watched this play out across dozens of businesses. The pattern was the same every time: the AI was sold as transformation, deployed as overhead, and unplugged within the year.

02 · What we solved

Three problems our buyers were quietly carrying.

Cloud bills that compound. The invoice that doubled every quarter while delivering the same workflow. We replaced it with a deployment that bills once and runs until the hardware retires.

Data leaving the building. Customer conversations, contracts, financial records — handed to vendors with terms most boards never read. AVYRA runs on the client's own server. Nothing leaves.

Six-month rollouts that end in a quiet unplugging. The platform installs in days, ships with the workflows out of the box, and adapts to the team's existing tools — not the other way around.

Where another vendor sells a pilot, we sell a deployed system.

I.01

Cost-first architecture

Traditional software does 95% of the work. The intelligence layer sits thinly on top.

Most "AI products" route every operation through a model and pay a fee per request. They are exposed to provider price hikes and outages. AVYRA pushes the deterministic work — schemas, lookups, validations, queues, audit logs — into ordinary software where it belongs. The intelligence is the interpreter, the summariser, the conversational interface. It runs locally. It does not bill per token.

I.02

On-device voice loop

Phones answer themselves in whichever language your customers speak. Brand-cloned voice. Sub-two-second latency.

Calls and voice notes are processed inside the client's own infrastructure. Nothing leaves the building. The voice your customer hears is cloned from your own brand voice, not a generic call-centre baritone. Code-switching, regional accents, mixed scripts — all handled natively. No per-minute fees, no surprise bills, no compliance grey zone.

I.03

Audit-first architecture

Every action logged. Every decision traceable. Compliance is the default, not a checkbox.

Most platforms treat audit trails as a bolt-on. Logs are afterthoughts, retention is inconsistent, tracing a decision back to its trigger is a forensic exercise. AVYRA was designed the inverse way: the audit log is the source of truth. Every tool call, every model response, every operator override is written to an append-only log with cryptographic chaining. Tamper-detection runs continuously. Regulated industries get compliance from day one, not as a separate workstream.

I.04

License-bound deployment

One server. One fee. Boots from a license file. Runs until the hardware retires.

Cloud SaaS scales the price of the software with the success of the business. The more customers you serve, the more you pay. AVYRA's deployment model breaks this link. You pay for the platform once. It runs on hardware you already own. Adding a thousand more conversations a month adds nothing to the bill. The bill stops where the building stops. Your data does too.

04 · Principles

The four things we will not compromise on.

P.01

Sovereign data

Your data should never leave the building it was created in. Not as a feature. As a starting condition.

P.02

Predictable cost

Software should be deployed once, not metered forever. The bill should reward growth, not punish it.

P.03

Illumination, not surveillance

The platform shows you what is happening across your business. It does not watch your people, score them, or rank them.

P.04

Built for actual work

The platform is designed against real conversations, real bills, real timesheets — not synthetic benchmarks. We deploy with the workflows our clients already use, then improve them.

05 · The shape of the platform

Eleven modules. One platform. Built once, deployed anywhere.

Each module is a full agent with its own tools, schemas, and audit trails. Tap any to see what it covers.

Step 01Week 01

Discovery

A 60-minute conversation. We map your team's actual workflows, the tools they already lean on, and the bills you are quietly paying every month.

  • Workflow audit, no slide deck
  • Honest fit assessment — sometimes we say no
  • Sample modules walked through against your real cases
Step 02Week 02

Scoping

A fixed-fee deployment proposal. Modules, hardware specs, voice-cloning targets, integration list, success metrics — all on one page. You sign once. You pay once.

  • Module selection and customisation
  • Hardware shortlist (your existing servers or new)
  • Success metrics defined before deployment begins
Step 03Week 03 – 04

Deployment

Hardware provisioned. Platform installs in days. The operator dashboard goes live. Modules boot from your license file and start ingesting historical data so the system understands context from day one.

  • On-premise install on your server
  • Integration with existing tools — CRM, billing, helpdesk
  • Historical data ingestion so the agents know the back-story
Step 04Week 05 – 06

Tuning & brand voice

The voice loop is trained on your brand recordings. Modules adapt to your team's tone, your exception flows, your edge cases. We sit alongside your team and watch the first hundred real conversations together.

  • Brand-voice cloning from short audio sample
  • Module-specific tone calibration
  • Operator-in-the-loop overrides reviewed daily
Step 05Week 07 onwards

Live production

Your team uses AVYRA. We watch closely for the first 30 days, then settle into monthly reviews and quarterly tuning. The system keeps learning. The bill does not move.

  • 30-day intensive observation
  • Monthly business snapshot PDFs auto-generated
  • Quarterly tuning, module additions handled inside fee
The founder
YA.
Yatharth Aggarwal · 2026

Built by an operator, not a vendor.

AVYRA LABS was founded by Yatharth Aggarwal in 2026 — after watching enterprise AI roll out, then quietly roll back, across the businesses he was building software for.

He started AVYRA with a single constraint: software that respects the building it runs in. The platform is what he wishes had existed the first time he sat in a conference room with a vendor who promised “AI transformation” and delivered a quarterly invoice that quietly tripled.

Every product decision flows from that conference room.
