AVYRA LABS builds on-premise AI for Indian businesses. Our entire platform model is built around the principle that your data should stay inside your office. This same posture extends to our public website and our communication with you.

What this page covers

This policy covers theavyralabs.com and any communication you initiate with us by email, WhatsApp, or phone. It does not cover the AVYRA platform itself when deployed inside a client's infrastructure. The platform's data handling is governed by the deployment contract signed with that client, and your data never leaves their hardware.

What we collect on this website

Nothing automatically. We do not run analytics scripts, advertising pixels, behavioural tracking, or session recording on this site. There are no cookies set by us.

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may keep standard server-level request logs (IP address, user-agent, page accessed, timestamp) for the purpose of operating the network, blocking abuse, and providing the service. We do not access or use those logs.

What we collect when you contact us

If you email theavyralabs@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp, we receive: your name, your contact identifier (email or phone number), and the content of your message. We use this information only to reply to you and to evaluate whether AVYRA LABS is a fit for your business.

We do not add you to any marketing list. We do not share your message with anyone outside the AVYRA LABS team. If after our conversation you decide AVYRA is not for you, you can ask us to delete your email or message history and we will.

External services we use

The website loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Google may log the request when your browser fetches the font file. We do not provide your identity to Google; this is a standard CDN behaviour.

Beyond that, the website makes no external requests.

Children

AVYRA LABS is a business-to-business platform. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Send the request to theavyralabs@gmail.com and we will respond within 7 business days.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes that affect existing clients will also be communicated by email.
